Your Monitor Is Only as Good as Its Last Calibration.
Safety & Compliance · Authorized Dräger Service
Authorized Dräger calibration and maintenance for multi-gas and single-gas monitors. Every unit comes back with as-found and as-left readings, sensor serials, and a dated calibration certificate — ready for the field and ready for an auditor.
The Risk
An Uncalibrated Monitor Is a Liability, Not a Safety Tool
A monitor that hasn't been calibrated isn't a safety tool — it's a false sense of security.
M&M Specialty Services
A gas monitor that hasn't been calibrated to a traceable standard doesn't tell you what the atmosphere actually is — it tells you what its drifted sensors think it is. In phosphine fumigation and confined space entry, that difference can be fatal.
Regulatory requirements and your own liability depend on documented, traceable calibration records. If you can't produce them, the monitor might as well not exist from a compliance standpoint.

How We Work
Authorized Dräger Service, OEM-Spec Every Time.
We are an authorized Dräger service provider. Every unit is calibrated to OEM specifications using traceable calibration gases — not field approximations. As-found readings are recorded before any adjustments, as-left readings confirm the unit is back within spec before it leaves our hands.
Every unit returns with a dated calibration certificate listing sensor serials, as-found and as-left readings, calibration gas used, and the technician who performed the work. Turnaround is typically three to five business days.
Our Process
What Happens to Every Unit We Receive
01
Intake & Inspection
Every unit is logged in with serial number, sensor configuration, and condition on arrival. We note any physical damage, sensor age, or operational issues before calibration begins.
02
As-Found Testing
We record the unit's readings before any adjustments — this is the as-found data. It documents where the monitor was when it came in and forms the baseline for the calibration certificate.
03
Calibration to OEM Spec
The unit is calibrated using traceable calibration gases to OEM specifications. Sensors outside acceptable range are adjusted. Sensors that cannot be brought back within spec are flagged for replacement.
04
As-Left Testing & Certification
Post-calibration readings are recorded as the as-left data. The calibration certificate is generated with as-found readings, as-left readings, sensor serials, calibration gas used, date, and technician.
05
Return Shipment
The unit ships back with the calibration certificate and is ready for field use. Typical turnaround is three to five business days from receipt.
Why It Matters
What You Get Out of Authorized Calibration.
Traceable Records for Every Unit
OEM-Spec Performance
Every calibration certificate lists as-found readings, as-left readings, sensor serials, calibration gas, date, and technician. When an auditor or inspector asks for documentation, you have it.
Calibration to manufacturer specifications using traceable calibration gases means the monitor reads what it's supposed to read — not a field approximation.
Authorized Dräger Service
We are an authorized Dräger service provider. Your monitors are serviced by technicians trained and certified on the equipment, not generalists.
Fast Turnaround
Typical turnaround is three to five business days from receipt. We understand that monitors sitting in a service queue means fumigation jobs waiting — we don't drag it out.
Who We Serve
Anyone Who Uses a Dräger Monitor in the Field.
If you use Dräger gas detection equipment for fumigation, confined space entry, or facility safety monitoring, we can calibrate and service it. We work with grain operations, industrial facilities, and safety managers across the Midwest and nationwide.

Why It Matters
Every unit comes back with the paperwork to prove it was done right. That's what compliance requires and what we deliver.

Frequently Asked
What People Ask Before They Call
01
What monitors do you calibrate?
We calibrate Dräger multi-gas and single-gas monitors including the X-am series. If you're unsure whether we service your specific model, reach out and we'll confirm before you ship anything.
02
What does the calibration certificate include?
As-found readings, as-left readings, sensor serials, calibration gas used, calibration date, and the technician who performed the work. Every certificate is traceable and formatted for compliance documentation.
03
How long does calibration take?
Typical turnaround is three to five business days from the time we receive the unit. If you have a hard deadline, let us know when you ship — we'll tell you whether we can accommodate it.
04
What if a sensor is out of range?
We'll contact you before replacing anything. Sensors that can't be brought back within OEM spec are flagged and you're notified with the as-found data so you can make an informed decision on replacement.
05
How do I ship my monitor to you?
Contact us first and we'll give you the shipping address and any packaging requirements for the specific unit. Some monitors require special handling due to sensor chemistry — we'll walk you through it.
