Grain Fumigation, Done Right.
Primary Service · Licensed Application
Licensed grain fumigation for active infestations and preventive treatment. We assess your grain, structure, and conditions — then apply the right method, hold it to spec, and clear it on the meter. Every job is documented from start to finish.
The Risk
An Untreated Infestation Doesn't Stay Small
Fumigation done right stops the problem at the source. Fumigation done wrong guarantees you'll be doing it again.
M&M Specialty Services
Pest pressure in stored grain moves fast. What looks like a localized problem at the surface is often already spread deeper into the bin. By the time it's visible, the damage to grain quality — and the window for effective treatment — is already narrowing.
Fumigation done wrong makes it worse. Incomplete sealing, wrong product, wrong rate, or poor monitoring means insects survive, resistance builds, and you're back in the same position next season. Licensed fumigation done right stops the problem at the source and gives you a clear record for buyers, elevators, and compliance requirements.

How We Work
A Controlled Program, From Assessment to Clearance.
We assess the grain, the structure, and the infestation level before any product goes in. The right fumigation method is selected based on what we actually find, not what's easiest to apply. Every job is sealed to spec, held to the correct exposure period, and cleared on the meter before we leave.
We work with grain elevators, flat storage, ground piles, and commercial storage facilities. Every job is documented — product, rate, exposure time, and clearance readings — and records are yours to keep.
Our Process
Five Steps, Every Job
01
Assessment
We evaluate the grain, the structure, and the infestation level before anything else. Temperature, moisture, pest species, and structural integrity all factor into which method we use and how we apply it.
02
Sealing
Every penetration point — fans, vents, transitions, cracks, and access points — is sealed to prevent gas loss during treatment. A fumigation is only as effective as the seal holding it in.
03
Treatment
Licensed applicators apply the correct fumigant at the correct rate for the grain type, temperature, and exposure window. Application is documented — product, rate, date, and conditions.
04
Monitoring
Gas concentration is monitored throughout the exposure period to confirm levels are holding at lethal concentration. We don't guess — we measure.
05
Aeration & Clearance
Once the exposure period is complete, the structure is aerated and cleared to safe entry levels on a calibrated meter. We don't leave until the readings confirm it's safe.
Why It Matters
What You Get Out of a Licensed Program.
Pressure Stopped at the Source
Records for Every Job
Licensed fumigation eliminates active infestations completely rather than suppressing them temporarily. You're not treating the same problem again next season.
Every application is documented — product, rate, exposure time, and clearance readings. When a buyer, elevator, or auditor asks what was done, you have the paperwork.
The Right Method for Your Grain
Method selection is based on your grain type, temperature, structure, and infestation level — not convenience. The right fumigant at the right rate, every time.
Licensed Every Step
Every job is performed by licensed applicators. Multi-state coverage means we work where your operation is, not just where it's convenient for us.

Frequently Asked
What People Ask Before They Call
01
What grains do you fumigate?
Wheat, corn, milo, soybeans, and other stored commodities. Method selection depends on the grain type, temperature, and structure — we assess conditions before recommending a treatment.
02
How long does a fumigation take?
Exposure periods vary by product, temperature, and infestation level — typically 48 to 96 hours for phosphine, shorter for other methods. Total job time including sealing, treatment, monitoring, and clearance is usually three to five days.
03
Are your applicators licensed?
Yes. Every fumigation is performed by licensed applicators, and we carry licensing across multiple states. If you're unsure whether we're licensed in your state, reach out — we'll give you a straight answer before any quote is made.
04
What documentation do you provide?
Full application records — product, rate, application date, exposure period, monitoring readings, and clearance readings. Records are yours after every job.
05
Do you fumigate ground piles and flat storage?
Yes. We work with grain elevators, round bins, flat storage, and ground piles.
