Return Policy

Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all manuals and accessories included. Proof of purchase is required.

 

Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

• Restricted-use pesticides and fumigants

• Opened or used chemical products

• Calibration gas cylinders once opened or punctured

• PPE and safety equipment that has been worn or used

• Custom or special-order items

• Fumigation and other services already performed

 

Damaged or Defective Items
Report damage or defects within 5 business days of delivery. Contact us with your order number and photos of the issue before returning any product.

 

Return Process

1. Contact us at mmspecialtyservices@gmail.com or 913-705-0690 to request return authorization.

2. Do not ship items back without authorization.

3. Once approved, ship the item to the address provided. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

 

Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns of Dräger and other gas detection equipment.

Gas monitors sent in for calibration or repair are not covered by this policy — see our servicing terms for details.
