The Right Product, Applied Right.
Integrated Pest Management · Licensed Application
Licensed herbicide and insecticide programs for the whole site, indoors and out — right-of-way, fence lines, storage perimeters, and field programs outside; warehouse floors, dock lines, and storage areas inside. Custom programs scoped to the conditions you actually have, applied by licensed applicators on a schedule we hold.
The Problem
One Season Without Control Sets You Back Two
The right product at the right rate, at the right time. That's the entire job.
M&M Specialty Services
Weeds along the fence line look like a cosmetic issue until they're eight feet tall and seeding into the field. Pests on the warehouse floor look manageable until they're in the product. The common thread: pressure that starts small and builds fast when nothing is holding it back.
Overgrown edges give pests a path in; an untreated interior gives them a place to stay. A spray program prevents the problem from getting out of hand in the first place — the right product down at the right time, before the window closes.

What We Do
Custom Programs, Scoped to Your Site.
A spray program isn't one product applied to every zone. The weed species along your right-of-way, the insect pressure in your warehouse, the residual window your schedule needs — those all drive product selection, rate, and timing. We walk the site, scope the program to what we actually find, and tell you what we're putting down before any tank is filled.
Licensed applicators make every application indoors and out. We document every visit and hold the return schedule — that's what turns a spray job into a program instead of a one-time fix.
Our Process
How a Program Runs, Start to Finish
01
Site Walk & Assessment
We walk the property with you, inside and out — right-of-way, fence lines, storage perimeters, drives, and field edges outdoors; warehouse floors, wall and dock lines, and storage areas indoors. The program is built on what we see on the ground, not a generic spray map.
02
Program Design
We scope the program to your site — herbicide for vegetation, insecticide for pests, and the right mix of contact and residual control for indoor and outdoor conditions. We tell you what we're putting down and why before any tank is filled.
03
Licensed Application
Licensed applicators apply the program indoors and out, calibrated to the target and the conditions that day. We treat the areas that matter at the rate the label and the job demand.
04
Documentation
Every application is documented — product, rate, location, date, and conditions. You get clean application records you can hand to an auditor, an inspector, or your own file.
05
Scheduled Return
We come back when the schedule says we should — not when the weeds are already back and you're calling us. We track the timing, watch the residual window, and return to keep the site under control season over season.
Why It Matters
What You Actually Get Out of This.
Weeds and Pests Held Back
Pressure Pushed Back Between Visits
Unwanted vegetation outside and insect and pest pressure inside are both controlled before they become a problem. One program covers the whole site instead of patching it piece by piece.
Residual programs keep working between visits, holding back the regrowth and pest activity that builds up around an active facility. You're not starting from zero every time we show up.
Records You Can Hand Over
Every application is documented — product, rate, location, date, and conditions — for every visit. When an auditor, inspector, or buyer asks what was applied and when, you have the paperwork.
You Stop Chasing It
We hold the schedule so you don't have to. The program runs on its timing, the residual is tracked, and we come back on our own — that's one less thing on your plate.
Who We Serve
If You Run a Site, We Can Treat It.
Any operation with grounds to keep clean and interiors to keep protected can run an IPM program. Weeds outside, pests inside, or both — if pressure builds anywhere on your site, we can put a program around it.

Why It Matters

Frequently Asked
What People Ask Before They Call
01
What do you spray for — weeds, pests, or both?
Both. Outside, we apply herbicide programs for unwanted vegetation along right-of-way, fence lines, storage perimeters, drives, and field edges. Inside, we apply insecticide programs along warehouse floors, wall lines, dock areas, and storage rooms. Most operations need both — we scope the program to cover the whole site.
02
Are your applicators licensed?
Yes. Every application is performed by licensed applicators, and we carry licensing across multiple states. If you're unsure whether we're licensed in your area, reach out — we'll give you a straight answer before we ever quote the job.
03
What products do you use?
Product selection depends on the target — the weed or pest species you're dealing with — and the conditions on the day of application. We evaluate the right herbicide or insecticide for each zone, tell you what we're putting down and why before the job starts, and apply at the label rate.
04
Do you provide application records?
Always. Every application is documented — product, rate, location, date, and conditions — and those records are yours. When an auditor, inspector, or buyer asks what was applied and when, you have the paperwork.
05
How often do you come out?
That depends on your site, the pressure you're dealing with, and the residual window of the program we design. Whatever the cadence, we track it and come back on our own — you don't have to call us when the weeds or pests return.
