THE PROBLEM

A Drifted Sensor Doesn't Tell You It's Wrong

Electrochemical and catalytic sensors drift. Batteries weaken. Sample pumps lose flow. None of it announces itself — the unit still powers on, still shows readings, still lets you walk into the bin. The first sign that something's wrong is often the moment it matters most.

That's the situation calibration exists to prevent. And it's the standard we hold every unit to before it leaves our shop.

WHAT WE SERVICE

Every Service Your Monitor Needs

From a standard recal to a full sensor and battery overhaul — one shop, one calibration certificate at the end.

CALIBRATION

Full Calibration

A complete span calibration against certified reference gas. We verify every sensor channel, document the readings before and after, and return your monitor to factory accuracy.

REPAIR

Sensor Replacement

Electrochemical, catalytic, and IR sensors all have finite lives. We test, identify the failed channel, install the correct replacement, and re-calibrate before the unit goes back to you.

COMPLIANCE

Annual Certification

Documented, dated calibration certificates issued for each unit serviced — what your safety auditor and your insurance carrier want to see when they ask.

VERIFICATION

Bump Testing

A short-duration gas challenge that confirms sensors respond and alarms trigger correctly. The right service when your unit is in regular rotation and just needs verification — not a full recal.

SERVICE

Battery and Pump Service

Electrochemical, catalytic, and IR sensors all have finite lives. We test, identify the failed channel, install the correct replacement, and re-calibrate before the unit goes back to you.

DIAGNOSTICS

Repair and Diagnostics

Documented, dated calibration certificates issued for each unit serviced — what your safety auditor and your insurance carrier want to see when they ask.

HOW IT WORKS

From Intake to Calibration Servicing

1

Request and Intake

You tell us what you have — model, serial, sensor configuration, and what's going on. We confirm what the unit needs and send you a shipping label, or schedule on-site pickup if you're in our service area.

2

Inspection and As-Found Test

Every unit gets an as-found test before we touch anything. We document the readings on arrival — sensor response, alarm setpoints, battery condition — so you know exactly what state your monitor was in when it came in.

3

Service and Calibration

We perform the work the unit needs — calibration, sensor replacement, battery service, pump flow — using OEM-spec reference gas and parts. No substitutions, no shortcuts.

4

As-Left Verification

Final calibration check, alarm test, and full function verification. Each reading is recorded on the calibration certificate so you have a documented record of what was done and what the unit is reading now.

5

Return and Documentation

Your unit ships back with a dated calibration certificate, the as-found and as-left readings, and a note on anything we replaced. Everything you need to satisfy a safety audit is in the envelope.

WHAT WE SERVICE

Service That Fits How Your Operate

One unit or a fleet, ship it in or schedule us out — there's a service option that fits your situation.

01

Mail-In Service

Most cost-effective option. Ship us the unit, we service it, ship it back. Typical turnaround is 3–5 business days in the shop, plus transit.

03

Loaner Units

If your unit can't leave the floor, ask about a loaner. Available on select Dräger models while yours is being serviced.

02

On-Site Service

For larger fleets or sites that can't spare a unit. We bring the gas, the gear, and the documentation to you. Scheduled by service area.

04

Service Plans

Recurring scheduled service — quarterly, semi-annual, or annual — so calibration never lapses and you're not scrambling before an audit.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Everything That Goes Into Every System

Readings You Can Trust

An uncalibrated monitor is a false sense of safety. After service, every alarm threshold is verified against reference gas — what the unit says is what's actually in the air.

Audit-Ready Documentation

Dated calibration certificates, as-found / as-left readings, sensor serial tracking. Hand it to your safety officer or auditor without explanation.

Extended Equipment Life

Caught-early sensor failures and battery service add years to a monitor. We tell you what the unit needs — and what it doesn't — so you're not replacing gear before its time.

OEM-Spec Workmanship

As an authorized Dräger distributor, we service with the parts, gas, and procedures the manufacturer specifies. The unit comes back as the manufacturer intended it.

WHO THIS IS FOR

If a Gas Reading Matters on Your Job Site, So Does This

We service the gas detection equipment used across grain handling, fumigation, confined-space entry, and industrial pest management. If you're using a portable or fixed monitor on the job, we can keep it accurate and audit-ready.
