THE PROBLEM

An Infestation Doesn't Wait

You've invested significant time, money, and effort into your stored commodity. Then you discover pests — weevils, moths, beetles — moving through your grain. Left unchecked, they compromise the quality of your product, trigger regulatory issues, and put your entire inventory at risk. The longer you wait, the worse it gets.

This is exactly the situation we were built for.

WHAT WE DO

Custom Fumigation — No Two Jobs Are the Same

Fumigation isn't a product you buy off a shelf. The right approach depends on what you're storing, how you're storing it, what kind of pest you're dealing with, the temperature of your grain, and the physical structure of your storage method. We assess all of it before we ever open a fumigant container.

Every engagement begins with a thorough assessment and ends with a completed, documented job — designed specifically for your situation.

HOW IT WORKS

Our Process, Start to Finish

1

Assessment

We evaluate the severity of the infestation, identify the pest species, and inspect the storage structure — bin, elevator, warehouse, flat, or ground pile — to determine the right approach.

2

Method & fumigant selection

We determine the best fumigation method (direct application, recirculation, turn and treat, or direct + recirculation) and select the fumigant that will deliver the most effective kill for your specific situation.

3

Complete sealing

We seal the storage structure completely — taping, gluing, and placing plastic over every crevice, seam, and opening — to prevent the fumigant from escaping and ensure the concentration needed for the best possible kill is maintained throughout the treatment period.

4

Fumigation & hold period

The fumigant is applied and the structure is held for the required exposure time. This window is determined by the fumigant used, grain temperature, and method — and we manage it precisely.

5

Aeration & clearance

Once the hold period is complete, we remove all sealing materials and allow the fumigant to fully aerate and dissipate. When it's clear, your grain is yours again — ready for whatever comes next.

WHY IT MATTERS

What You Actually Get Out of This

Infestation contained

Though elimination can't be 100% guaranteed, the goal is the best possible kill, and our method selection and sealing process are built around achieving it.

Commodity Protected

Unaddressed infestations degrade quality and value. A successful fumigation stops the damage and preserves what you've stored.

Regulatory compliance

Fumigation must be done correctly and documented properly. We know the standards and we meet them.

Peace of mind

When we leave, the job is done. You know exactly what was done, how, and why — and you can move forward with confidence.
